Q: Are your products handmade?

A: Yes! All of our products are handmade in small batches before each re-stock to ensure fresh, long-lasting products.

Q: How can I find out more information on a product?

A: All information can be found on the individual product pages. This includes how to use the product, the full ingredients list, as well as the benefits of using the product.

Q: Where are the products made?

A: All products are made in London, United Kingdom with ingredients from all over the globe.

Q: Are your products vegan?

A: Of course! Our ingredients are 100% vegan (no animal nasties around here).

Q: My body butter swirl arrived a little wonky, can I still use it?

A: Yes you can still use it! Our body butter formula is very light and fluffy and can sometimes shift during transit, but it's still perfectly okay to use!

Q: Are all of your formulas the same for each scent?

A: Yes, we use the same formulae for each product, the only difference is the scent & the colour (regarding our body butter, body scrub polish & moisturising body oil ).

Q: I have super sensitive skin, will I still be able to use your products?

A: Yes! Our products are for all skin types. However should you wish to have no scent in your products, please contact hello@mienacosmetics.com and we should be able to create a scentless product for you :)

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Yes, please email hello@miencacosmetics.com within 24 hours of placing your order to amend it. However, if your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel or change your order.

Q: Do you test your products on animals?

A: No! At Miena Cosmetics,  we are completely against testing on animals.

Q: How long can I use my products after opening?

A: Our products can last up to 12 months after opening, as long as they're kept in the recommended storage conditions.
