CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
In the event that a product arrives damaged, you will be required to submit photo evidence and/ or ship the product back to us for inspection. This will need to be done within 14 days of arrival. The customer will be expected to cover the return shipping cost. Once we have expected the product we will issue a refund. Refunds can take 5-20 working days to appear in your account. You may also be offered a replacement rather than a refund.
Our products are made from naturally derived ingredients. This means our products may slightly differ from batch to batch. On the rare occasion that there is an issue with the product, we are more than happy to receive any faulty products back and refund
